 I have been given the following cases to solve in an attempt to understand the topic of 'patient  clinical data analysis' to develop my competency in reading and comprehending clinical data including history,clinical findings, investigations, diagnosis and treatment plans.

Question 4 : I haven't got a chance to do case report yet.

Although we have offline classes ,I haven't done my postings yet in general medicine department.everyday I am communicating with the faculty via social media and discussion of the cases are going on which is a good idea for the student benifit. I appreciate the effort of alla the faculty especially rakseh Biswas sir for letting us do various activities .
